How to access your existing ID

1. Open the conversation where you received your account details.
2. Find the login address supplied for that ID and open it in your browser.
3. Check the address, then enter your username and password on the account site.
4. If access fails, note the error message and return to your existing contact conversation.

Forgotten password or invalid login details
